- Plan your appointments. If you accept TLC’s offer, contact our team to coordinate your treatment.

What will my repayments be?
TLC will give you a personalised repayment schedule if it makes an offer. Rates, fees, charges and terms vary. The example above is for illustration only.
Is approval guaranteed?
No. Every application is subject to TLC’s lending and approval criteria and a credit and financial assessment.
Who provides the finance?
Finance is provided by Total Lifestyle Credit Pty Ltd. Our clinic provides your treatment plan and estimate; TLC assesses the application and provides any offer.

Documents TLC may request
TLC may ask for documents to verify your identity, income and expenses. Depending on your circumstances, this can include:
- Recent payslips or other proof of income
- Identification, such as an Australian passport, Medicare card or Australian proof-of-age card
- Loan statements and up to 90 days of bank statements
- If self-employed, your latest Notice of Assessment; TLC says an accountant’s letter may be accepted in some circumstances
